You do not need to find any folders or touch any files. You copy one block of text, paste it into Claude Code, and Claude installs everything for you, Mac or Windows.

Claude Code is the version of Claude that runs on your computer. Open it the way
you normally do: the Claude desktop app, or a terminal window where you type
claude and press enter. Any project or folder is fine.
Install my /perfection skill: download https://get-perfection.netlify.app/perfection.zip and unzip it so the folder named "perfection" sits inside my Claude Code skills folder (~/.claude/skills/ on Mac, or the equivalent on Windows). If a perfection folder already exists there, replace it with this fresh download. Then confirm /perfection is available and tell me it is ready.
That is the same box you type everything else into. It looks like this:
When Claude says it is ready, you are done. Finish a piece
of work, then type /perfection. The first run asks you four quick
questions about your business so the judges are tuned to YOU.

Install my perfection skill for Codex: download https://get-perfection.netlify.app/perfection.zip, unzip it, and place the CONTENTS of its perfection-codex folder into ~/.agents/skills/perfection/ (create the folder if needed). If that folder already has files, replace them with this fresh download. ChatGPT: the Lite edition is one document you paste into any chat. Judges file verdicts in sequence and ChatGPT runs the SAME pass-mark math in Python. Open PERFECTION LITE, select all, copy, paste into a fresh ChatGPT conversation, then paste the work you want judged.
Version 1.2 adds Speed Scan: say "speed scan" for a fast, low-cost first look from every judge. Updating is one paste, and these prompts keep your saved answers about your business (your profile.md), so you will not be asked the four questions again.

If my Claude Code skills folder (~/.claude/skills/ on Mac, or the equivalent on Windows) already has a perfection folder, first save a copy of the profile.md file inside it, then replace the perfection folder with the fresh download, then put my profile.md back. Then confirm /perfection is version 1.2 and ready.

Say speed scan with your work, in any edition. One judge sits in every expert's seat for a single fast read and hands you the top five fixes, at roughly a fifteenth of a full panel run's usage (about 120k tokens, measured). When it matters, say send in the full panel: only the full panel can mark work as cleared.
You need it for /perfection to work: it is the version of Claude that runs on your own computer and can open files, not the claude.ai website. Get it at claude.com/claude-code (works on Mac and Windows, and runs on the paid Claude plan you already have). Install it, open it once, then come back to step 1.
The prompt already tells Claude to replace an old copy with the fresh download. If it
still asks, just reply: yes, replace it.
Reply to your welcome email with what Claude said and we will get you sorted. Nothing you can do here breaks anything: worst case we install it together.
